The One-on-One Coaching package includes 4 (50-minute) weekly sessions, and 4 email interactions. You may have health-work to do (suggested practices and activity) as needed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments canceled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged the full fee. Monday appointments must be canceled by the Friday before to avoid charges.
